Look, I am a mom of 2 on the go, and was looking for a quick in and out shoe that wasn't full of holes and made of plastic *ahem* to wear in the winter with socks. I ordered these in October, it's now May and I'm still wearing them, and have been DAILY. Literally. Everyday. They are my favorite shoes, and were from the moment I put them on. I wear an 8.5 and am flat footed; the 8 (a euro 39) fits just how I like and feels supportive and comfortable. Honestly, I swear my general foot health and back pain improved. People are annoyed with how much I love these shoes. Both with and without socks, and in any weather I have worn these. My only regret is not getting cork sealer.
